Social Security Disability Experience
I have represented Florida Social Security disability claimants since 1980, giving each of their disability claims my personal attention.
In addition to my undergraduate and law degrees, I have a Masters Degree in Public Health and am Board Certified in Health Law.
I am an original founder of Gulfcoast Legal Services and Three Rivers Legal Services, which are organizations that provide civil legal assistance to people who cannot afford a lawyer. I continue to do pro bono work for community service organizations and I participate in the Lawyers-for-Literacy program.
I have served 8 terms as president of Carlton Manor, a non-profit residence home for severely emotionally-disturbed boys.
